How We Price Register Work
Fees depend on the number of backup sites, whether hardware wallets or paper-only duplicates are involved, and whether an existing register requires reconstruction rather than fresh creation. All prices below are in Korean won and exclude VAT where applicable.
Standard Register Services
Covers up to three documented sites, one on-site or video verification session, and a bound ledger copy.
Chronological log of verification events when a location register already exists.
Yearly reconciliation of site list, access permissions, and audit entries.
Reconstruction of registers from partial records, with executor briefing session.
Additional Factors
- Extra backup sites: ₩120,000 per additional site beyond the package threshold
- Remote-only verification: 15% reduction when no physical visit is required
- Rush timeline (under 7 days): 25% surcharge subject to availability
- Travel outside Changwon metro: actual transit costs plus ₩80,000 half-day travel fee
Deposits
New register engagements require a 40% deposit to schedule verification visits. The balance is due upon delivery of the bound register. Deposits are refundable under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
