Who This Register Serves
Households and small business partners who store hardware wallets, paper seed backups, or sealed key shards in two or more physical locations. If you can describe your sites but have never written them into a single authoritative document, this is the starting point.
What the Register Contains
Each entry records a site code, the type of material held (hardware device, paper envelope, metal plate), access requirements (key holder, appointment-only vault, dual-key safe), and the date of last physical verification. Full street addresses appear only in a separate sealed appendix held by you — the working register uses codes alone.
Process
- Intake consultation — 45-minute meeting at our Changwon office or by video. You describe sites without revealing seed phrases.
- Verification visit — We confirm envelope seals, device serial labels, or safe contents match your description.
- Draft review — You approve site codes and authorised viewer list.
- Delivery — Bound register, one encrypted digital summary on USB, and a one-page successor instruction sheet.

Timeline
Most engagements complete within two to three weeks from deposit receipt, assuming site access can be scheduled within ten business days.
