1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Description

Desktop Haven Way provides duplicate-backup location register preparation, custody audit trail documentation, and related consultation for holders of offline wallet materials. We document physical custody arrangements. We do not provide wallet recovery, key management, investment guidance, or legal estate planning.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, register templates, and proprietary formatting remain the property of Desktop Haven Way unless explicitly transferred in a signed engagement letter. Clients receive usage rights to registers prepared specifically for them.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about backup sites and authorised viewers. Clients must not request that we record seed phrases, private keys, or recovery words in any register. Clients are responsible for securing delivered documents after receipt.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Desktop Haven Way shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our documentation services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for loss of access to cryptocurrency holdings, regardless of register accuracy, as registers describe locations only and do not guarantee recovery outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and describe backup sites using coded identifiers in working documents. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of an engagement, subject to legal compulsion.

7. Website Use

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse this website. You may not submit false information through contact forms. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gyeongsangnam-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
